Streams deleted, what could be the cause?

Hi, every now and then I have to recreate my streams because they disappear.
I don't know what to do to grasp what the problem is, any hint?

This would be very unusual behavior. Are you saying that the stream appears in the output of liststreams, and then at some point later it no longer appears there? What happens if you try publishing to a stream that you think has disappeared?
