i have a node how doesnt have connect persmission i want to analyse trafic especially tream content using wireshark , is it possible to see the trafic exchanged between server and node if i am not a member of the blockhain . thanks

No, it's not possible to analyze traffic if you cannot connect to the peer-to-peer network.

what do you mean by the peer to peer network ? do youmean the blockchain (if dont have the right to connect can i analyze traffic)
Yes, a blockchain uses a peer-to-peer network, but a node can only join that network if it has connect permissions for the chain.
