As it stands, only upgrade, admin, activate, mine, create and issue permissions can be voted to be granted or revoked by a percentage of the blockchain's admins.
I was wondering if we could add admin-consensus-connect to the list. This would help make the chain more secure by removing the threat of a single admin crippling it buying removing all connect permissions for other nodes while maintaining the ability to remove any malicious nodes
