I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you're asking why the UTXOs are no longer locked, that's because they have been spent in the transaction you sent. A UTXO can only be locked it has been spent, because the meaning of "locking" is to tell your node's wallet not to choose that UTXO to spend in a new transaction.
