Is it possible to make other nodes available only those records which are intended to them?

I was exploring off-chain functionality and came to know the data which I had published using off-chain is available with other nodes because they have subscribed to that stream. So my question is whether it is  possible to make that data available only to a particular nodes  by means of keys, contemporary it is synchronizing the entire data which is available at that stream.

For now, if you want to restrict data visibility, you should use encryption of the data before it is posted to the chain, and ensure the decryption key is only available to certain parties.
