Oh sounds like so much fun!  I remember when dh and I were doing the cake testing thing!  (Ask if they have Chocolate Bavarian Cream--almost tastes like ice cream, but the cake would have to be chilled until delivered to the site!)How about: Devil's Food, Chocolate Mousse, Buttercream or the Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache Carrot Cake, Cream Cheese, ButtercreamIs this for your cake or the groom's cake?  So exciting!! Of course, I probably don't have to remind you, but take your camera!!  Oh yeah, Fondant is gorgeous, but it tastes nasty!!  I had mine all drawn out and knew what flavors, etc, and then tasted that stuff, and yuck!  I wanted a cake that everyone was going to eat, not throw away because it was pretty.Good luck Shannon!!

We had a 3 tier cake & each tier was a different flavor/filling since we could not pick just one.  People loved it & so did we. Good luck with your choices!

I'm a chocoholic to but I also don't eat a lot of cake or even care for it. If the cake isn't chocolate I know I won't be eating it so I thought I should have it made so others would like it. But we'll see. One of the sames will definitely be all the chocolate goodness

We had a white chocolate cake with whipped cream/raspberry & strawberry filling and white chocolate buttercream frosting. It was really good and beautiful. She did a basket weave on it and put real flowers all over it.How exciting! Good Luck!Wunnea
