Scrap a Day, January 25th
Hey Cherries. I can’t believe this month is winding down already. I had a day yesterday where I had a lot of little odds and ends to take care of and before I knew it it was like where did my day go? I did finally get back to working on getting my Graphic Design Challenge up and it is about ready to go and will be posted today. As long as nothing else comes up.

Have a great day Cherries.

Re: Scrap a Day, January 25th
Good Morning Cherries!

Barb - I feel the same way - I had lots of little things that kept me just busy enough, when I finally got into my scrapbook room and started working - the day was almost gone!

Not much going on here - a few things to do around the house - a load of towels and bath rugs, a load of dishes... still working on getting things straightened up in my scrapbook room.  My beloved back scratcher is in here somewhere and I can't locate it.  And it seems that my back is always in need of it when I'm in here... I think it's because it's pretty dry in this room and I run a heater so my skin is always extra dry.

Hope everyone is warm and crafty today!!

Good morning, I started a major reorganization of my scrap room yesterday. I’m slowly bringing out everything to my dining room table. I can’t find anything and even accidentally “hid” four bills under crap on my desk and now they are being paid late. So much for my Exceptional credit rating. I’m really upset with myself.

The month is sure winding down quickly. Can’t believe I head out of town next week for 2.5 weeks. Sure will miss everyone here.

Beautiful sunny winter morning here. But don’t let it fool you! Only 7F out!!! Br….

Have a few things to knock out today. Want to put on a pot of stew. Trying to leave a few meals in the freezer for Curtis while I am gone. Also bake some shortbreads to take to DD and Curtis’ stepmom in Seattle. Start making a list of what I need to pack for the trip. Want to make a trip across town to Sams where eggs are much cheaper than $6 or more a doz. Not sure if there will be scrapping time for me today. We shall see. Have some layouts from yesterday I need to get photos of and upload.

Happy Saturday.

We were up and out to DGD's BB game by 7 so we could stop for coffee and be there by 8.  Great game, but they lost by 1 point.  Home for a late breakfast and a bit of scrapping.  Heading out to DGS's BB game at 3.  Happy to see sunshine and a bit warmer temps.

Lol on the backscratcher. My DH taught me to use my hairbrush and it really scratches good! Lol.

Aww Chris be easy on yourself. I am in a pile here on my desk in my office and really need to spend a few days cleaning it up. I hate when things get buried and I can't find things, and it is so unlike me to be this bad with papers and such. I let a lot go since DH and I really need to get my act together and clean it all up and get it under control. Ugh.

Cool with hazy skies but supposed to rain tonight.  Nothing going on today. My sons came to dinner last night and I fixed them a fancy seafood dinner of shrimp eggrolls and calamari (all bought on sale at supermarket frozen gourmet section )lol. They love that kind of crap!   I ate some chicken. I don’t eat sea spiders!!

trying to decide if I want to make cards, paint rocks, read or just sit here and look out the window.  It’s almost noon here.  Maybe take a shower and get dressed and see if that motivates me.

have a sensational Saturday

I hope you find your back scratcher! I use my ruler or better yet I find a wall corner and rub my back like a bear on a tree! Lol! Feels great if you get a good corner! Hahaha!

Oh Chris! I’m sure you’ll be back to your exceptional rating very soon! Hopefully you’ll find those bills and get them paid quickly. Like Barb said take it easy on yourself. These things happen. {{{HUGS}}}

Hi Cherries!

Cant believe it’s Saturday again already! Time just seems to keep slipping away… I have a 2 pager I want to finish and I want to do Step 3 of the progressive challenge too. They may have to wait until tomorrow though. We have a potluck to honor a friend’s life who passed away a year ago. I’ll make smoked salmon salad. Simple and quick. I’m still struggling with these stupid knots in my leg so I have to plan things carefully . Apparently carrying a 2 gallon bucket of water up the stairs the other day was a bad thing. Ugh! I need to do more stretching…

Have a great day everyone !!!

Re: Scrap a Day, January 25th
I am late.  It is 5 p.m. here.    I have been busy today.  My January junk journal is almost done, then I can think of other things.  I will have to upload to Dear Julie’s group.  We get a prize just for participation, if we finish it.  She gives all finishers a complete digital kit, and we have a group Zoom party.  So, it is fun.

Meanwhile, I have some chicken noodle soup on in the crockpot for supper.  I also participated in a scrapbook live Zoom today, and watch Dear Julie, Dear Julie live on you tube.  I haven’t even had time to watch any of the Stash Summit.  I am sitting now.  Do you craft standing or sitting?  I always stand.  I forget to sit down until I am tired! LOL

I think I want to try to totally finish that junk journal tomorrow between morning and evening church services! LOL

Have a nice evening.

DH's uncle's memorial service was today. It was a beautiful service, with special time re-connecting with family and friends, afterward.  I thank our God for his presence watching over us today.  💕
