**edited 12/17** Cherries, if you choose the scraplift option, please remember to leave a comment in the gallery for the layout you lifted!!
I'm finally getting around to posting my challenge -- thanks for your patience! Since it's posted so late and because I will be traveling over New Year's, I'm going to have this run through the end of January. And I'm also giving 2 different options for those who want more!
Option1: In November, I asked you to share your double page layouts here: November Double Page Sharing Thread. There were some awesome layouts shared. So the first option is a scraplift. Please leave a comment for the layout you are lifting - I will be checking. (If your name is chosen as a winner and you have not left a comment, you will forfeit your prize). Post both the layout you are lifting and your layout.
I chose to lift this layout by Scrapqueen141:
and here is mine:
Option 2 - Use this sketch by Cheryl Evans of Even More Scrapping (again! I really like her for 2-pagers). I picked this sketch because I really liked the "shelf" and thought it might be fun for Christmas. Then I went and did a fall layout, but oh well... You can adapt the sketch as needed, but there must be a "shelf" going across both pages. BONUS: If you do a layout about ANY DECEMBER HOLIDAY, your name will be entered TWICE.
Here is my example:
The Rules:
1. Must be a 2-page layout (paper or digital).
2. All submissions must be added to this thread.
3. ONE ENTRY PER CHERRY per option.
4. Can be combined with one other challenge that allows it plus the bi-monthly prompt challenge.
5. Due 1/31/2025, but I'll accept anything loaded before I pick winners on February 1.
6. I'll choose two winners for a $10 GC to ACOT!

I went with Option 1 and scrap lifted. The pictures I wanted to do were from Christmas morning unwrapping gifts and this torn cardstock made me think it was perfect.. Not sure why I went with black, but I love the final layout. Also combined with Kid challenge

Layout created for the december double page challenge, combined with the december 3-in-a-row challenge, and the bi-monthly challenge.
Double page challenge: I chose option #2: the sketch. I lowered the shelf to the bottom, and moved my very long title to the top.
3-in-a-row: blue, white, silver.
Bi-monthly #6: a double page layout.

I really liked several of these layouts but finally settled on this awesome layout by blfonty. I loved the mix of pics of different sizes and orientations - this feature in a layout always appeal to me.
You can find the love I left for the layout at autumn
