i am up after a rotten night.  Couldn't get to sleep.  And then woke up at 2;30 , still awake well after 3am.  So I just got up and scrapped, rather than toss and turn and keep DH awake.  I am dragging!!!

Nothing really on my agenda for today, thankfully.

Just picked the LOTW for when I was away last week with no computer.  Why is it the week I pick, I seem to then be away?
Job is now done.

I hope you sleep better tonight, Leslee!😊

Cherry Crush

Re: Scrap a Day, November 12th
Today was our first musical audition rehearsal. I can't believe it is already that time again!  We had 35 students at rehearsal today!  That is about 10 more than we normally have and it was only the first day. Estimating that 40 kids will audition (we don't cut people...everyone has a part in the chorus if they don't get a main part).  :)  Did I tell you that we are doing "The Music Man?"  This is the first musical I directed, 22 YEARS AGO!  It is going to be a fun one.

Oh sounds so fun for you Laura! And how great that they all get to be in the chorus if they don't get a main part. That is really nice.

Hugs Barb. My husband is still working on his mother's estate, she was also a resident of Long Island. Things were particularly difficult out there, it took months to get the executor appointed. It only took a week or so when my parents passed, they lived in NJ. It's a lot to do so good luck with all of that.

I have a pretty simple day today, a little scrapping and a walk, not sure what else.

Thanks Louise. There was a big delay with Suffolk County for some reason a few years back when we were working on my DH's estate. Took them forever to get some things approved. No one knew what was going on with them. Hopefully it is not still the same.

Unfortunately, Suffolk County still had the big delay earlier this year. I really hope it's better now, but I'm not optimistic. it's really a terrible way to treat grieving families.
Louise
