To all of those lucky people that turn their clocks back, gain an hour of sleep, but lose an hour of light!
I hate when it gets dark so early and it takes me weeks to adjust.
Thanks for the reminder! I knew yesterday but already forgot! Lol

In Ohio, it is always on my birthday weekend...an extra hour of sleep...thank you! Also, no more driving to work in the pitch dark at 7:00 a.m. It will at least be slightly light, even in December. (Plus, snow makes it easier to see because of the reflected light.)

See, I'd rather drive to work in daylight and drive home in the dark. At least I'm awake when I'm going home! lol

one of the best things about AZ is no time change!! it used to take me about a week to recover, no matter if it was spring or fall change.

Thanks for the reminder...not a fan!! It gets dark here around 4:45-5:00. I feel so unproductive when that happens. I'm also a big chicken and don't really like to go out after dark by myself so it makes running errands hard. You would think by this age I would no longer be afraid of the dark but.....

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
Oh wow ALREADY?! I have a love/hate relationship with Daylight Savings Time! In general, I do not like it getting dark so early, but I don't want to "lose" my sleep, either!

Yesssssssssssss! Every time!
Some years ago, I had a job that started at 5:50 am, and there were times when I left for work in the dark, and then was coming home in the dark, too! (LONG shifts!) Lol I did NOT like that!Art_Teacher wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 10:02 amSee, I'd rather drive to work in daylight and drive home in the dark. At least I'm awake when I'm going home! lol
this one is always so brutal with young kids... there's no extra hour of sleep here & we will rise before the sun LOL

I hate the time change! People AND animals get thrown off by it. Thanks for the reminder!!
I am going to be so messed up! Went back an hour when I flew to Seattle yesterday. And another hour tonight! And I hate the decrease in daylight hours!
