Hey Cherries. We went down to 42 degrees overnight. Still trying to not have to turn on the heat. We are headed for 69 today so I’m going that will help bring the temp in the house back up. Going to be spending the afternoon with my mom today. I still haven’t gotten to make any cards for the WCMD challenges and I really want to. Hopefully I can over the weekend.

Yesterday got a little sad. Our Charlie cat passed away. DGD has never lost a fur baby; she cleaned the bathroom. I MEAN, REALLY cleaned it! She did laundry, too. I'm gonna get her some pictures of Charlie printed for her scrapbook.
I stayed busy enough yesterday, too. I worked on the art journal for quite a while. I'm ALMOST done with it. I'll either work on it some more tonight after work, or tomorrow. 
I work at noon today, so I'm having my coffee time now. Omer is ALMOST done fixing his truck, so I hope he can get it up and running today while I'm at work!

Yesterday got a little sad. Our Charlie cat passed away. DGD has never lost a fur baby; she cleaned the bathroom. I MEAN, REALLY cleaned it! She did laundry, too. I'm gonna get her some pictures of Charlie printed for her scrapbook.
I stayed busy enough yesterday, too. I worked on the art journal for quite a while. I'm ALMOST done with it. I'll either work on it some more tonight after work, or tomorrow. 
I work at noon today, so I'm having my coffee time now. Omer is ALMOST done fixing his truck, so I hope he can get it up and running today while I'm at work!

I feel like I'm so far behind on challenges this month.  I need to catch up...lol.

Tonight is a football game and it's Senior Night - I can't believe the baby is a senior!!!  Going to college next year!!!  I am going to be a sobbing mess tonight and probably every time they reach a milestone this year.  The "lasts" are the worst..Jason's coach is going to put him in for 1 quarter and see how he feels.  Jason is still very nervous, and it's totally understandable.  He just wants to play for his senior year.  Even if it is for just one quarter a game.  Fingers crossed they win!

Good morning cherries and TGIF. Another beautiful day here. Low humidity which us south Texans are SUPER ENJOYING

Went to the grocery store like I normally do on Friday mornings and ran into my brother and SIL with Anton and Wes.   I always take pics of them at the store when I see them and send them to DH as he says he's always jealous when I see them and he's at work. LOL. Oops! I *might* be babysitting those 2 next Friday morning for a bit after they drop Draven and Jasper off at school. They share a storage unit with my SIL's sister (my BFF Laura) and Laura's ex POS husband jammed the lock and the key broke.    So they are trying to work with the storage place AND Laura to get it all settled. All my brother and SIL want to do is get their stuff out. So they are shooting to do that next Friday morning. And everybody knows you cannot get anything done with a 16-month old and a 3 yr old!

Anyways...I'm off to get started on my work day. Hope y'all have a great day.

Chilly start to our day.  It was 42 this morning and we turned on the fireplace to take the chill off. Our usual Friday morning grocery run and now brunch.  We are headed out this afternoon to get our GKs off the bus and then to the Maryland State BBQ for the evening.  Always a fun time, music and good eats.  I spent the day out yesterday with Katie and we had such a good time.  She got here around 9:30 and we did some sight seeing, shopping and lunch.  Also stopped at the local greenhouse for pumpkins on the way home.  It was such a great day.  Already have a list of places for the next trip.

We had an enjoyable evening being entertained with the Northern Lights last evening. That’s twice this week!!! Pretty spectacular! But then I slept like crap! Too much going on in my brain!
Need to run to the grocery store so I can do some prep work for cooking Canadian Thanksgiving tomorrow.
Got my house cleaned yesterday, so that is good!
