Here is my take on the sketch! Except for the little squares, you'd probably never know, LOL!

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
As soon as I saw the sketch. I immediately knew I had to use the squares from the Vickie Boutin.

I had to look up what this was...and I LOV EIT!
I realized that I have been doing a form of this since the 90's! LOL. I go through my leftover pile every few months, cut everything down, toss what I can't use, and file what I can into 3 categories, PUNCHES, PHOTO MATS, and CUTTING MACHINE.
Since I don't use squares often, I don't think I would ever do the Serendipity squares on the regular, but SUPER fun to do occasionally!!
Have a Wonderful Day! ~Misty
Thanks for the sketch! I pulled a paper from my stash that already had squares. Cut and paste.
Here's mine.
Here's mine.
Beautiful Susan, the layout, the song lyrics, and you putting it together with your faith! Well done
Here's mine -- I knew this would adapt well to 8.5 x 11
