Sandi0805/Sandi was correct!!
We went to see Black Jacket Symphony perform Prince's Purple Rain album.
If you've never seen them and you get the chance - they cover so many different artists/groups - I would definitely recommend them. This was the 3rd time we've seen them. We've seen Saturday Night Fever and Journey as well - plus we already bought tickets to the next show in September when they will do Elton John's Madman Across the Water album. And if you are thinking symphony.... it's totally not! Google them or pull them up on Facebook or Youtube! You won't be disappointed!!
I've got some sprinkles to give out - so here is a little guessing game.
We are going to a concert tonight - it's a cover band of sorts - but they are pretty well known. I won't give the name of them but I will say we have seen them several times and they always do a different artist/band when they come. Guess WHO the cover artist/group is covering tonight...
100 points to the first person to tell me what artist/band this group is covering tonight. And I'll even give a hint - it's not country.
A few sprinkles randomly awarded to other participants!

I really only know of one cover/tribute band, so I'll guess that -- Brit Floyd.
OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
I have NO idea. But there Are sprinkles coming down here, lol!
wild guess looking at the lists, Roger Cline and the Peacemakers?

I know my stepdaughter and her DH have seen a Led Zepplin cover band several times, but I don't know the name of the band and they may be just local to Philly and the suburbs.
Have a great time at the concert. It's so long since I've been to a concert.

I will guess Black Jacket Symphony - Prince's Purple Rain. Have fun tonight.
Is it Get The Led Out? My David and I saw them and they were AWESOME! All the older people said it was better than seeing Led Zeppelin live, because the cover band has an extra guitarist.
I am going to say The Who cover band since you capitalized the word who in your post. Just a guess lol.
Just call me Nan - it's short and sweet
LOL...Me too...I would have to guess th Who for this exact reason!
When I was scrolling down to submit my answer, I laughed out loud because you said almost verbatim what I was thinking!
Have a Wonderful Day! ~Misty
I will have to guess Guess Who, although it could also be the Who....2 different bands!
