The winner this month is Kelly R. Congrats Kelly. Thanks to all that joined in this month. Wonderful layouts from all.
The number of entries allowed is now up to 5. Some may have missed this change in prior months rules.
Each month I will alternate between odd and even numbers to mix it up some. This month will be odd numbers.
PLEASE READ THE RULES: Lately, some of the layouts being submitted are not submitting the proper item/counts. If you have questions, please ask on this thread or send me a pm. Here's the rules:
For this challenge you will need to use 1 of something, 3 of something, 5 of something and 7 of something. These have to be exact. (Ex: You cannot have 6 enamel dots and say that it is for 5 enamel dots). Also, you can not use the same item twice. Ex: five pattern papers and then use the same paper to make circles, stars, or tags etc. Some of the things that will not count for example are # of people in a photo or # of pages in a layout and # of petals on a flower. Again, if not sure what might count ask. I have had many ask me in prior months if something would or would not be acceptable. I'm pretty flexible in that aspect. You are allowed to have other items on your page, but only after you have met the 1-3-5-7 requirements.
Example of what you could use on your layout:
1 photo
3 patterned papers
5 hearts
7 enamel dots
Here's an example of a layout that I did in September 2020 of my granddaughter's Senior picture.
I used the following:
1 photo
3 word title or it could be 3 flowers at top
5 notched banner strips across top or the 5 pearl dots
7 triangle banner under picture (wood pieces that I covered with patterned paper)
Another example that I did in May 2022 using a grid format:
I used the following:
1 patterned background paper
3 three enamel dots on bottom left square
5 photos
7 pieces of ephemera in the four corner squares
Another example that I did in February 2021.
1 - picture
3 - patterned papers
5 - letters in the word PARIS
7 - pieces of 3D embellishments around the picture
BONUS ENTRY:
Bonus entry - scraplift any of my layouts. Does not have to be the examples. Must post the layout you lifted along with yours.
Rules:
1. Please list what items you used for the 1-3-5-7 items on your layout when posting to the thread. Some might be small and it does help to know what to look for.
2. Solid background paper and photo mats are freebies.
3. You may use other items as long as the above requirements are met.
4. New layouts only and can be either a 1 or 2 page layout. (2 page layout cannot be counted for 2 items) Sorry, no cards.
5. Can be combined with any MB challenge that allows combining. Cannot combine with NSD challenges.
6. Multiple entries allowed up to 5.
7. Must post to this thread by end of day 05/31/24.
If you have any questions, either post your questions here in this thread or send me a pm.
One lucky winner of this Challenge will receive a $5 ACOT gift card.
Have fun and can't wait to see what you create.

Love the examples you posted. Especially, the grid layout. I would like to try and lift it this month for the challenge.

I hope to get to this challenge again. For some reason it seems easier than the 2-4-6-8.

MB stands for the Message Board which is where everything happens. You can combine this challenge and most of the other challenges in the monthly challenges. The monthly master list of the challenges is under the forum "Contests and Challenges". May is a little different due to the NSD challenges being included. They are over with except if you do a rewind. Any other questions just ask and myself or other cherries will be glad to help.
