Here's mine!  This was a GREAT challenge - I too have a STACK of specialty paper that I always mean to use and just never think to at the time. I actually used TWO specialty papers: a shimmery cream background paper and a black corrugated matting paper.

Love all the specialty paper and sometimes we need a challenge to get us to use it!!  These pieces in my scraps came together to make a mother's day card for my MIL.

I matted my photo with burlap and then corrugated cardstock. I cut the vellum hearts with my cricut. I also added a border at the top using corrugated cardstock.

I used glitter paper for the base and covered it in mulberry paper.

I don't use these as often as I should. I used the Tim Holtx thick metallic copper 8x8 paper pad for this card and for the die cut sentiment.

I have too many challenges going on at once and I confused myself. My specialty papers are the beautiful glittery papers matting the photos and banners; the foil star paper on the bottom (hard to see the shiny stars), and the Echo Park Dots & Stripes Foil paper that I’ve been hanging on to since it came out in 2017.

I used specialty glitter papers from DCWV and Martha Stewart. The maroon and white glitter paper is Martha.
The dotted paper on the left card is both glittered and embossed paper from DCWV. Thanks for the challenge - for a simple card design, it's a good idea to jazz things up with specialty paper!
