Loved this challenge. Went in a different direction after my question. As the mom of two boys, I have A LOT of blue paper scraps. The cardstock behind the photo is also a scrap. Thanks for another great challenge

I was amazed to find so many coordinating strips of PP in my scraps! Love tulips in the Spring - makes me SMILE.

Sounds like a fun and productive challenge, a good way to use some of my scraps! Yay! Thanks for the challenge and the ideas!
I just angled the tops and bottom with scissors. Added some spray and stenciling...This was Echo Park called Bundle of Joy-A New addition. I used almost the rest of the stickers too. Thx for the challenge!

Thank you! This was fun! I’m always using scraps - but I don’t often think to use them as strips! I even used scraps to make the journaling strips. I splattered on my background.
Here's my take!

Oh I loved digging through all of my scraps to make this layout! So fun...why don't I do that more! Love finding bits and pieces that matched with each other! Thank you for being a hostess!

I used scrap paper from my drawers and made photo mats with 3/8" wide strips of colorful papers for this challenge. I also added the 4 rectangles that were left over from the mats on the left page. The orange papers were in the scrap drawer too, so I decided to use it all up! LOL! Thank you for helping clear out some scraps!

Such a great idea for a challenge! I could do this 100 times and probably still have scraps leftover lol!
Here mine. I used a bunch of large scraps from of patterned papers and smaller ones to create a tag and a scrap of white cardstock to create a journaling black.

Before. These are scraps I've saved from Basic Grey but some are from Max and Whiskars, Lime Ricky and a scrap of black cardstock
Before putting photos on
Left overs are just pieces
9" border pieces
2" strips to make up the sides
scrap of black to make the scallop on the outside edges
Thanks for the challenge that really made me make it!!
Here is mine. Many, many scraps, large ones as you can see. I cut into one inch strips.
I was definitely inspired by Natalie Dill's layout! I used so much of my scraps!
