I’m a good baker and I make a fine charcuterie. However, these days, though I cook dinner most nights, I’d kind of prefer ordering dinner if money wasn’t an issue.

If you are going to do the challenge, you have to choose one, anyway.  That's how the recipe works...just pick the one you think you would like.  You won't actually be eating it!
