I made the background using Catherine Pooler inks and spritzed water on them and used a brush. The I stamped over it with a Simon Hurley background stamp and TH ink. Combine with kid challenge.

Here's my card using oxide inks spritzed with water that I used for the background.  I embellished with ombre jewels and clear shimmer on the dragonfly wings.

I used blue water reactive ink, clouds and raindrops. My stamped images are on the f, d, h, and h.

Re: March/April 2024 Inky Fingers Challenge
Here's mine!

Now usually anything "wet" is WAY outside of my comfort zone - I am VERY wary of putting anything wet onto my paper for fear of it wrinkling!! BUT - I took a watercolor class and learned some techniques that actually work for me!

Rainy days

I used 2 techniques in creating my card.

1) The background was created by using a light layer of grey and blue water color pencils and washing them with a moistened brush. Because it's on heavy duty special watercolor paper, even though it was wet, it dried (mostly) flat (PHEW!). Then I stamped it with clouds.
2) For the boots I used water based inks on pre-moistened watercolor paper to create an ombre type of background of orange and olive. I then used StazOn to stamp the boots where I liked the way the colors interacted and fussy cut them.

Finally I stamped additional clouds and my sentiment on white paper which I also fussy cut and popped the clouds.

I love how my WET card came out! Thanks for the inspiration.

I used oxide ink and watered it down and let it run down the page. I also used the packaging technique. My stamp is the skyline image on the tags.

I stamped the right side Seahorse and fussy cut it, and stamped shells and more small seahorses, and some scrolly swirls. I inked the cheesecloth blue, and added some real starfish and clear bubbles. This is for my Sisters  Christmas gift Calendar . She is on the far right and they are at the Pacific Ocean, Washington Coast.
