Many of you may have already read my story about how I traveled to MN to help my daughter with a child care gap. The day after I got here, my DD birthday, my 4yo DGD tested positive for Covid. The next day my vax and boosted DD did as well. So far everyone else is negative, but we feel like we are waiting for the rest of the dominos to fall! I'm vaxed and double boosted so my fingers are crossed!!!
So my simple question is......have you or your family had Covid.......yet?
and if you are wondering about the bold and italics....these questions just may be progressive!
Must answer by 7pm 5/7 to be eligible for sprinkles!

I have not and my husband has not. Both of my boys have and one of them has had it twice.

Not as far as we know, however, I refuse to get tested if I don't have symptoms, so that might be why, since I have been teaching in person for the last 2 years...

No...not yet.

No one in my house has had COVID. My 13 year old is vaxxed and attends school in person. We receive emails from the school each time a kid in one of her classes has COVID. They don't disclose who has it, so you don't know if it's a kid your kid even sits near or talks to. My husband and I work from home and both vaxxed and boosted.
Fingers crossed we don't get it.
I hope you don't get it either and can enjoy your visit!

I don't think so. We've been sick a couple of times, but covid tests were negative.

Both my husband and so have had it…luckily my daughter has escaped Covid (so far).
Nope. Not anyone in my immediate family. Closest was my SIL's Uncle!! (he passed away from it)
I think so. Unfortunately, it was right after my husband had left for a work trip so I never went to get myself tested. I just self-quarantined with my boys! Mild cold symptoms for all 3 of us, but I did lose my smell for a few days which is why I assumed covid! Fingers crossed you all stay healthy and her symptoms are mild!

Hubby had it November 2020; kids and I have not gotten it. I bet we really have just no symptoms!

I had it in December '21, despite being vaccinated, but no one else got it until our 4 yo came home from school with it in February. We all got it, including me again!

I am vaxed and boosted. I have not had it.... unless it was when I was super sick a few weeks before Covid started to be diagnosed.
My sister and my dd have had it.

My husband and toddler escaped it, but when I was 8 months pregnant and fully vaccinated, I tested positive.
Nope! My one DIL had it in Oct. of 2021, she just lost her sense of taste and smell. Other than that, as far as we know no else has had it. Most of us are vaccinated, so hopefully we won't get it!
I just got over covid a couple weeks ago.
Nope, but my son-in-law who lives next door had it, but no one in that household got it.

I was super sick a couple weeks before Covid was announced too but I thought it was the Shingles vaccine that I got. Who knows?

I had it pretty bad in Dec. 2020. and was off work for 5 weeks. My hubby tested positive but never showed signs.
