For this month's challenge, we will be using one of my favorite colors....spring green! I often do green layouts, however, I never really think to pair it with black...I think it looks so elegant! For this challenge, you must use the green and black color scheme (the brighter the green, the better), and choose 3 additional inspirations from the mood board below. Let us know what inspired you!
You have until midnight, April 6th (I'm late at posting) to upload your layout into the gallery spot provided, for your name to be entered into the prize drawing for a little goody from me.
Must be a new layout. Can be combined with one other challenge that allows combining.
I absolutely love the colors and themes here! Awesome mood board!
I am running away from my responsibilities,

such rich colors. I did black and several shades of green. I used a green round paper clip to represent the green hat. I used actual green paint drops. I used chipboard from a embellishment package with the swirls on the bottom (under two bottom photos) to represent the swirls in the top right photo of your inspiration photo. I used black busy flowers to match the flowers in photo and I used a flower to represent the 4 leaf clover and sequins just because.
Retired, scrapping and happy!

This came together pretty easy and I was going to use it
for my Pet Challenge, then looked at it. DUH! It fits
for the mood board! I as inspired by the green grass
in the photos (our lawn is more weeds and clover, lol)
the pops of black in my embellishments and I put that
ribbon across the bottom of one photo, it reminded me
of the green around the woman's neck

Here is mine,
My three inspirations are:
The 4 leaf clover I found a round tag with a four leaf clover on it.
The black and white weed/flower I have photo corners that are black with white dots on them.
and this might be a stretch - but the texture/lines on her hat reminded me of the lines on the hot air balloon

Here is my black and green...
also was inspired by the cluster of shamrocks, the paint (painted leaves and shamrocks), and the big bold block letters (LUCK)

Black and Green - inspired by clovers, big hat and the beads she is wearing reminded me of sparkly enamel dots.

This link works. . If you want your image to show, you can right-click on the image and copy the link, then open your post and click on the thing that looks like a computer screen with a little circle at the bottom corner (above in the post options). Paste the link where it says image URL and enter it. It should show in your post, then, but the link is fine, too!feather wrote: ↑Tue Apr 05, 2022 10:02 amHi, I'm new here and not sure how to bring my page into the message board.
