I used the Nuvo crystal drops on the alphas and parts of the flowers but the colored dots are pearls/ enamel dots.

Ok, thank you!  I've never seen multi-colored ones like that, and I can't seem to find them in the store... 

These were some just in my stash and I'm not sure what brand they are. But you could get a similar look by coloring on part of a pearl with an alcohol marker.
