Well my biggest regret would be the Creatopia too. I bought it probably 6 years ago. It came with all these extras. I haven't used it once. I feel the same about the decorative scissors. The only I have used numerous times is the "deckle" one. It doesn't require you to cut a straight line.
Someone mentioned the Slice. I love that machine. I used it a lot when I went to crops or other places to scrap. I have the extras including the carrying case that made it so easy to take back in forth. I loved the smaller size and when you only want one cut of an item it's much more easier to use than the Cricut machines are. I mostly use my Cricut Expression for when I need multiple cuts of the same item, ex...cupcake toppers. I thought about buying one of the new machines, but I don't see a need for it for the little use I would give it.
Best new tool/machine I've purchased...the CC Gemini embossing & die cutting machine. I keep it out on my desk and have used the crap out of it over the last 6 months. I have used it so much I just had to buy a new magnetic mat! It's the power to cut through all the intricate dies that makes it well worth it.
I never use my eyelet setter anymore . It's not that I regret buying it just don't use it. I actually have two sets not sure why. ???

YES!!! They were one of the first things I purchased when I started scrapping but never used them. I was able to give them to a co-workers young daughter who was going through a crafty mode. That made me feel good and she had a blast!DolphinSoul wrote:Decorative Scissors!!!! They looked so easy and simple....I can't cut straight along with it crumpled up everything and never looked good.

Sort of regret my Cricut - only because I have been too lazy to learn how to use it! I hate reading instructions

All the previous die cut machines / tools I had. Slice, Cricut, Quickutz hand tool and Revolution, and another one that I forget the name. Now I have my electric Big Shot and Silhouette Cameo and everything else was given away / donated.
I actually won a Slice at CHA one year. I agree...completely outdated...but it was fun back in the day!pawprints wrote:I have a Slice that I never use anymore since I now have a Silhouette and a Cuttlebug. I packed it up and am planning to give it to my dd.
I regret the binder tool. It never worked right for me and honestly, I don't really make much that requires binding. I sold it recently to get it out of my scraproom!

I regret buying a Creatopia. I have all of the attachments that go with it, but seldom ever use it.

The Chomper for Washi Tape. A waste of time and space. You can cut your own so much more quickly.
Scrapbooking Rocks!
I regret my Silhouette, it was pricey, but I really really wanted it. I only have a small scrap space, its bigger then when I first got it. I cant figure it out completely and its awkward and messes up a lot. So now it sits there and collects dust, but I wont get rid of it. I figure when I get more space I ll play with it more.

Yes, I forgot about that. I even took a class by Donna Downey using that tool and I still couldn't get it to work right. I used to make lots of mini albums so I was frustrated that I couldn't get it to work. I no longer make mini albums and I think my tool is in the basement along with quite a few coils. I've been donating some scrappy supplies and I think I'll try to find this and get rid of it.1scrappymom wrote:I regret the binder tool. I honestly regret almost everything I’ve purchased. If I could sell everything and start over I’d probably be happier. I got “into” a lot of things- art journaling/mixed media for instance, and I didn’t realize that I just like writing stories and taking photos.
The Fuse tool. Took a class and made some cards with it and now it sits.
My silhouette! Had it since 2010, never usex it
now i am forcing my self to use it and like it....

I don't know that I regret buying any of my tools, but I rarely use my heat embossing gun/embossing powders, now. I also have a Fiskars paper embossing board that I never use.

I am planning to use my Fastenator on my Disney pages at the NSD retreat I am attending.
What is a fascinator, anyway?

What is a Fastenator, anyway? It sound familiar, but I can't come up with anything concrete.
I got my decorative scissors as a gift and haven't used them. My grandkids will use them sometimes for their art projects when they visit. I have a Silhouette Cameo so I use it more than anything.
I did buy a Sizzix machine a long time ago and two sets of alphabets but I have never used them.
