We are finally all moved in to our new house, but it was exhausting! I think I never want to do that again, lol! We are adjusting to the drive we now have to work, but loving the quiet setting of living back in the country. We are at the beach every day with our jobs, but when we come home, we leave behind Myrtle Beach and all the chaos. I am trying real hard to get my craft room up and ready, but I tell you, I do not know where I had all this at the other house! lol. There is sooooo much to go through! Hopefully soon I will be able to see you all more frequent than I do now. Just wanted to stop in and say hi, hope you had had a wonderful holiday, and that I miss my scrappy home!

Enjoy your new home! Good excuse for doing some purging of stash - though it is hard!
Hi everyone! My name is Susan and I love to scrapbook!
It takes about 40 minutes. The morning drive is great, night, not so much. But I am still learning alternate ways, lol. I really do not mind the drive, it gives me time to wind down.Ayla wrote:Glad you're enjoying the new place! How far is your drive to work now? I drive half an hour...some people think that's a lot, it doesn't bother me.

Sounds to me you have the best of both worlds! Hope to see more of you.
That's how I view my drive...it's a mental break between work and home life. And if there is more than one way to go, it just adds interest to the trip!oceanbreezes423 wrote:It takes about 40 minutes. The morning drive is great, night, not so much.
