Yes, you can use other colors. Just so you have the 3 colors you chose on your layout.

Fun challenge!  Not sure if I own fiber anymore...better look.  Honestly, it's probably hiding out in my stash somewhere.  Let's be honest, who actually gets rid of anything?  LOL

I have a clarifiaction question... Your photo must be taken outdoors... can I use more than one photo as long as they are all taken outdoors?

Yes, you can use more than one photo. Hey, maybe you can send fiber to some of those that don't have any. LOL!!!

Got mine figured out yesterday.
I needed to use yellow, orange and green.
A circle element- my orange bradz
An outdoor photo.
And oh, so sneaky embellishments- fiber, flowers and stickers.
I tied twine around my paper, and the flowers are stickers.

Great challenge!! Here is my layout that contains:
red, blue, yellow

circle (soccer ball stickers)

chipboard (photo corners on lower corners of 2 photos)
bling (circles)
flower (wood)

Here's mine:

green, blue, orange, circle, outdoor photos, stickers (happy together and heart-circle), chipboard (orange flower at top and little blue compass at lower left), flowers
the challenge for me was the chipboard - I know I have plenty, but I pretty much only buy it with collections and store it that way, so I couldn't remember where it might be. The flower, which I colored orange with a chalk pen, was that unfinished chipboard that was so popular way back that I never really figured out what to do with. 

Anyway, thanks for a fun challenge!

I had to use a square (presents, Dec 25 chipboard), colors  (red, blue, green), photo taken outdoors, fiber (tinsel around tree), chipboard and flowers.

I let my husband pick numbers so this was a little more random. I ended up with green (the background), purple (the flower, font and brad), and pink (the stitching and smaller chunks of papers). The photo matte on each page is a square. The pictures were taken outdoors. I then used chipboard (all boy), diet cuts (Boo) and flowers.

Here's my layout for this great challenge.  Loved the twist at the end.  Not sure if this was 2011 or 2012.  Will add numbers in bottom right corner later.

Pick 3 (had to switch to in red below)
 Bling/fibers - twine on the banner
 Die Cuts/chipboard - the three banners are chipboard
 Flowers/stickers - The Pumpkin Patch is a clear sticker

I Love this challenge! I did not get it dine with a bunch of company ! Sure hope we have a December Rewind so I can do this !
