Got this off FB and it sounds yummy and fairly healthy too. You could probably substitute something else for the wine-water maybeYou'll need 2 packages of THIN chicken breasts
a few slices of prosciutto
a half bag of fresh spinach
an 8 oz package of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secret's Savory Herb and Garlic
1/2 C White Wine
1/4 C Olive oil
8 oz shredded mozzarellaPreheat oven to 375
spray a 13/9" pan with Pam
put 2 layers of chicken in pan, cover with prosciutto, top with spinach, sprinkle with a little kosher salt and coarse black pepper
top with mushrooms
whisk together olive oil, wine and savory herb envelope then pour over everything.
Lay a piece of foil over (not tight)
bake for 30 minutes
top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
YUM!

OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
That's what I thought too ROFL!!!! But this does sound yummy!!blbabe1234 wrote:YUM!

I have made this...........my only complaint was the sodium content was realllllly high--probably due to the Liptons envie...........I would like to find a less sodium laden way to do it
OMG I thought Fancy Pants had a new collection too. The chicken recipe does sound yummy.
Of course we thought it was a new collection by Fancy Pants! Our minds are created that way!

the health food store and even the health food section at the local grocer carry low sodium soup mixes. try one of those.

Hahaha! I also thought it was a new line from Fancy Pants LOL! Aside from the mushrooms, this sounds amazing! I know DH would love it - he loves prosuitto! The kids get him some every year for his special Father's Day sandwich LOL (proscuitto, fresh mozzarella, sundried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar on "good bread").
Happy Scrapping!

I expected to see chickens and patterned paper....so I quickly clicked and...a recipe! Love it! Sounds really good, but would definitely try not to use packaged ingredients.
