Great job with that sketch and a fun way to use those scraps, ladies! Randomly drawn winner is sherelm! She gets 500 points and everybody else gets some, too!
Here is my first challenge, ladies! Remember I hinted that you needed to have your scraps organized?
For this challenge, you must use at least 4 different paper scraps. Create your layout from the sketch provided and use those scraps...if they are organized it will be easy to see which ones go together well. Also, you should save the scraps from the scraps...you might need them later! A scrap is defined as anything but a whole sheet of 12 x 12 paper, just so you know. The only whole sheet of paper you use should be the background paper.
Here is the sketch:
Your layout needs to be posted in the designated gallery spot by midnight on Friday, May 13th. Must be a new layout and no combining with any other challenges. Any questions, pm me! Randomly drawn winner will receive 500 points. Everyone who participates will get some points. This is open to paper and digi (digi gals, your "scraps" are "cut" from papers and so that it is equal, let's say they are from 4 different kits or designers. ).

I used the same scraps as the fast scrap. This was a fun challenge. http://www.acherryontop.com/gallery/223378
Mary Love is all around you.
This challenge is what kept me up all night! I thought it would be a great and easy way of using a ton of scraps from a 6x6 pad that I had in a baggie. But I ended up obsessing over size and alignment - I just couldn't get the squares all lined up as I kept forgetting to take account of the space between the squares when cutting the larger rectangles. I AM SO OCD! I think I created more scraps than I started with. Then I started panicking that it was too busy and way out of my comfort zone. Finally, I overcame my 'issues' and amazingly, I kinda like how it (finally) came out. Still not my comfort zone but that's what makes these "challenges" after all.
Thanks for pushing me and thanks for being an awesome NSD hostess!

LOVED this sketch! Perfect for lots of baseball photos! I used lots of leftover scraps from EP That's My Boy, and a scrap of Project life journaling paper.
