A couple of years ago, this giant duck came to visit downtown Pittsburgh! It was an art installation that traveled the globe spreading joy in the form of a four-story smiling duck. So silly - I had to see it.

 

I was sitting on these photos for almost two years because I could never find the right paper to scrap them... until now (thank you, Bella Blvd!). The black and white patterns let the duck be the star, but I also had to add some color because they complemented the giant quacker so well! I like the idea of using a rainbow of colors but I didn’t want them to overwhelm so I left out red. (And purple, but purple paper is hard to come by so I didn’t have a choice on that!) 

Your challenge is to incorporate any kind of rainbow element into your project. It can be as simple as a rainbow patterned paper or more complicated like a rainbow of different washi tapes or paints. You don’t have to use every single color, but use at least four.  

A winner will be chosen randomly to receive a $5 ACOT Gift Certificate.  Have fun! 

The fine print:

• Open to paper, digi and hybrids; can be a layout, card or other project but it must be a new creation
• Submit your entry to either this thread or the GD #2 Challenge gallery by 11:59 pm on June 30, 2015 EST. I'll check both before a winner is chosen.
• Only one entry per person
• Can be combined with one other June challenge that allows combining but not with another GD challenge. (And if you make a layout, definitely use it for the 30 in 30 challenge!)
