Chicken fried rice if I get around to it or maybe my kids favorite "free day" where they get to do whatever they wish lol. (nursing a headache thanks to the pollen that has everything yellow right now)

My boyfriend and I are having cake and ice cream. Supper of champions as we say. lol

My lovely daughter wants to make some type of potatoes she found online. I say go for it.  We are also having quesadillas since they are easy and she found the meat in the freezer and wants to make those too.  It may not go together but when the daughter is volunteering to cook.  I say go for it!

We went out to a Baghdatis place that's on the Hudson River and were able to sit right by the water.  Definitely a nice treat.

I made Pioneer Woman's marinated and grilled chicken breasts with roasted pablano chile and melted cheese on top.  Served it over refried beans...the fam loved it!

Tonight was clean out the fridge night. We all had left overs.

Both boys had popsicles.  One would only eat bread besides that and the other only ate a few bites of what I cooked...so I ate most of it.  Bacon mac n cheese.  Basic kraft mac and then fried up some chopped up bacon to add to it.  Pretty darned tasty...just wish my kids would eat something other than junk food!!!
