A: I'm 26 with no kids yet! Also not quite retired.  I do work from home as an online tutor. I found ACOT from watching haul videos on youtube. I have been shopping here about a year but I'm new to the message boards. I only do paper scrapping, 12x12s and project life! I also have been trying to get into mixed media but I'm not too good yet!

How did you find ACOT?  I was looking for a certain manufacturer and googled online scrapbooking sites and the rest is history.  That was back in 2008.
What is your favorite scrapbooking technique?  I am a paper only scrapper.  Never have tried digi and have no desire to.

I scrapbook because I have always loved paper, but I didnt used to like pictures so I dont have too many from my childhood and I wish I did. Nowadays I have 1000000s of pictures!

I printed 12 pics for today but have a Canon Selphy if I need more, or I could dive into my 300 yet to be scrapped Disney pics =)

 1.What is a fav food? My moms manicotti (cheese) or my hubbys handmade pizza
2.Where would you love to travel (if money no consideration) ? have traveled quite a bit being a military brat and serving but I would love to see Ireland.
3.What is your fav scrapping technique?  I am  not sure I have a fav technique but I love scattering small embellishments in a diagonal right now (is that a technique?)

Hi, Mildred! Nice to meet you!

1. Yes, I'm married. I've been with my husband Jeremy for 18 years, and married for 13 in July. He's my McDreamy, as our daughter says. And I reply, "Yep. He's my knight in shining...whatever." Hubby is not amused, he's not a fan of Grey's Anatomy.

2. Jeremy and I have two kids, seventeen-year-old Jordan, aka Jory, and twelve-year-old Elizabeeth, aka Lizzie. I refer to the two of them together as "The SissyBubby." When Lizzie was little, she'd look through my scrapbooks and see pictures of herself and Jory together. Instead of saying, "Look, Sissy AND Bubby," she'd say, "Look! SissyByubby!" And now, they are "The Infamous SissyBubby." LOL!

3. I don't have any furbabies, I am owned by a cat. LOL Big difference. He owns me, you see, I am his pet human. LOL. He's orange and full of mischief, and named Maximum Whiskers, aka Max Mischief or "Maxchief." He's lucky he's cute, just like the kids (and hubby, too, sometimes). 

4. I have been scrapping since 1998, when Jory was born. I wondered if I could take his baby book and turn it into an art project. I didn't know at the time that I was scrapbooking until a friend gave me a few helpful hints and then I just took off with it. I've been making all of my own cards for around 10 years or so, and recently I've started dabbling in altered art. I made a couple of shadow boxes for my mom and MIL. 

5. I have worked for McDonald's for the last nine years, which would explain the virtual Mickey-D's treats I pass out online. Virtual treats = no calories! That's about to change, though, I interviewed yesterday for another restaurant closer to my house. This fall I'm going back to college to finish the degree I started before Jory was born. He's had some mental health issues and he had needed me home with him instead of going to work full time and school full time, so I dropped school for a while. And then Lizzie came along, and now that SHE'S old enough to be home alone for a couple of hours at a time, I'm good to go. 

I'm glad to meet you, and I look forward to meeting other girls around here. This place seems very friendly!
