each number represents a letter - 2 have already been filled in 1 = U, 2 = L. We have to figure out what the other numbers represent. We will end up with words and a final paragraph.MommyOf_4 wrote:How does this work? LOL, i have been stairing at it for 15 min!!! AHH

Hi everyone! My name is Susan and I love to scrapbook!
This doesn't look right on my computer--some lines have no numbers under them, and there are numbers off to the side on each line... I figure the numbers are 1 to 26, but the lines are all different sizes and I can't tell exactly where one word begins and ends... Someone said they printed it out--I tried copying and pasting into Word, but it looks even worse!
Besides the two free letters she gave us, you need to look for patterns. For instance if you see a single letter alone, it is an A or an I since those are the only two letters that are a word by themselves. A double letter at the end of a 4 letter word is almost always an L or an S. A 3 letter word after a comma between parts of a sentence is most often and or but. The most common vowel used is E and it is frequently at the end of 4 letter words. Have fun and when you figure this out, I bet you get hooked on doing cryptograms. They are challenging and FUN.MommyOf_4 wrote:How does this work? LOL, i have been stairing at it for 15 min!!! AHH

I copied and pasted into Printmaster and it looked funny too. But then I stretched the page out to full size and it looked ok and printed fine. (oh and I also resized the printing down to 12. It came out a lot larger and made it wonky too).hsblair wrote:This doesn't look right on my computer--some lines have no numbers under them, and there are numbers off to the side on each line... Thanks for the challenge. I PMd my answer.
Mary Love is all around you.
Is anyone else trying to figure out where the numbers belong? My screen on my tablet isn't showing the numbers Ina straight line.
