Fun challenge!

I love the added challenge of selecting a minimum of 8 items from the Twist List, thanks for the challenge!  I'm also combining this entry with the March Title challenge.  The 8 items I used are:
#6,  I used 4 brads in the silver brackets holding the ribbon,
#7 tag,  Jenni Bowlin tag hanging from ribbon,
#15 chipboard,  Cosmo Cricket chipboard letters for word "this",
#18 an overlarge title, I consider the word BOY overly large, for me anyway ,
#24 something blue is blue cardstock,
#26 something 5+ years old are the vintage buttons and also the scallop edge green bazzill,
#28 die cut, the heart is a sizzix die cut,
#29 camera embelli.

Items I used:

2) #6 - 3+ enamel dots/shapes or brads (I used the new Queen & Co Nail Heads, I hope they count)
3) #8 - Something geometric (square and rectangular shaped cards)
4) #21 - Tickets
5) #26 - use something 5+ years old (I have had the Creative Imaginations paper since it seems like forever. I bought it back when I started scrapping Cider's album as it seemed to go good with yellow lab pages, and now here I am using it for Twinkie's album too!)
6) #28 - punches, die-cuts, or paper piecing
7) #30 - flag or banner (little flag/banner pieces on the left page)
8) #32 - washi (used thin black dotted washi tape)
