IS anyone else having issues uploading to the gallery? It rejects it after I press submit. It goes back to all my information I have entered but will not allow me to accept the terms.  I am wondering if it is the site or my computer. It upgraded to windows 8.1 yesterday when I did not want it to.

Did you get any error message? It wont let you accept the terms? That is weird. Have you tried clicking the checkbox and the next next to the checkbox?

I click on it to accept the terms then hit submit and a few seconds later it takes me back to the upload screen with my information I have entered but there is no accept the terms box to try it again.  NO there is not error message.

I tried it  again and it worked.  With a photo upload. There other was a scanned ite . Hmm, any suggestions?

I figured it out. I have to go in differently to get tie scanned document with windows 8.1 for it to worked. Just takes one extra step.  Thanks for your help!
