We have a winner... #15 Retiree3
CONGRATS DONNA!!! You will be getting a ACOT GC very soon!!
So…What’s on TV? Eerie, Indiana
Eerie, Indiana is an American television series that originally aired on NBC from 1991 to 1992.
The series revolves around Marshall Teller, a teenager whose family moves to the desolate town of Eerie, Indiana, population of 16,661. While moving into his new home, he meets Simon Holmes, one of the few normal people in Eerie. Together, they are faced with bizarre scenarios, which include discovering a sinister group of intelligent dogs that are planning on taking over the world, and meeting a tornado hunter who is reminiscent of Captain Ahab. They also confront numerous urban legends such asBigfoot and a still-living Elvis Presley. Although the show was host to a plethora of jokes, it also featured a serious X-Files-like tone. After thirteen episodes, one of which did not air during the network run, the series was retooled with Jason Marsden's "Dash X" added to the cast and Archie Hahn's Mr. Radford is revealed to be an imposter, with John Astin revealed to be the "actual" Mr. Radford. The final produced episode was a tongue-in-cheek, fourth wall breaking sequence of events depicting Dash X's attempts to take over as star of the show
.

Cool Challenge and I got to say I am most impressed with the history on the challenge! I read it aloud to my parents! All of us were born and raised in Indiana and never heard of that show! I guess only running for a few episodes it wasn't on long enough to really see it, but still! Super cool to learn more fun facts about Indiana!

Well, I'm not into sci-fi so I missed that TV series. And the new Stalker will not be on my watch list, either! But I do love spooky Halloween creatures....as long as they are not in a dark haunted house touching me!!! Fun challenge, and a great way to use the beautiful fall colors on our pages! Thanks again for another wonderful challenge!
I am running away from my responsibilities,
and it feels good!

I don't recall ever watching it either! I guess even the name didn't entice us Hoosiers!!!DolphinSoul wrote:Cool Challenge and I got to say I am most impressed with the history on the challenge! I missed this show too, but I'm sure I can come up with something scary. Maybe I can have DH take a pic of me tomorow morning before I head into the shower!!! LOL!!!!

Yeah I guess with the town we all just thought it was a history thing and not actually a cool series!

Love your LO. This will be a great challenge.

I used to be indecisive; now I'm not sure.

Fun way to work in a scary/halloween picture for "What's on TV?"! I love it and hope to play along with this! Thanks so much for the challenge!
I remember hearing about the show. Sounds pretty fun and I should have been interested, but maybe timing was bad with my schedule at that time because I didn't catch it, either.

Sounds like I would've liked this show! Here's a spooky one. Also used items from your Supply challenge.

Was there ever a mummy in Eerie Indiana? Combo with Sher's October challenge.

Here is mine. My pics aren't scary, but they do have a Halloween theme. My grandson Aiden on his first Halloween.
I've not done any of the challenges before. So, this seems like a good one to start with!!!
First of all, just want to say great layouts from everyone's that I've seen! What a fun group this is!
Not a scary layout, but definitely Halloween-ie! And with a tv connection. One of the grandies favorite cartoon shows is Jake and the Pirates so they dressed up last year as Jake and Izzie. Used some r-e-a-l-l-y old K and Co. paper scraps I had, stamped the background, did some fussy cutting (the bats and the pumpkins) and added dippy dots of black stickles.
So there you go!
best to all!

For the What's on TV Challenge I used a photo of a scary guy dressed up to hand out treats. Sorry you can't see him very well. My photo was dark.
Photo of little grandson Brady as a scary Jester last Halloween.
I combined this with your Supply challenge.

Not sure if this one qualifies -"haunted house" from ghost town. Used for Use Stash challenge too.
Hi everyone! My name is Susan and I love to scrapbook!
Had fun creating this layout:
Some scary stuff, lots of silly stuff, too!
Thanks so much for the challenge. I'm also entering the October Twisted challenge.
