I seem to gravitate towards the WeRMemoryKeepers 12" x 12". Plenty big enough for me to play with photos and pretty papers and the various sized sheet protectors are great!! I am currently finishing a 12 x 12 chocolate brown for my son and a 12 x 12 buttercup yellow for the new baby he and his wife are expecting. Keep your fingers crossed that I finish!!
That is great! I just have so many LO tha ti need to figure out whater to put htem. Theya renot all in order but all 12 x 12.mommyribs wrote:I started out with 8.5x11 but now I do 12x12 in addition. I also like the 8x8. I tend to just go with whatever I think will work best for the project I have in hand. I let go of "rules" a few years ago with my scrapbooking and found that I enjoy it even more since.

12 by 12. I tried 8.5 by 11 because the albums fit on a regular bookcase but didn't have enough room to be creative.
I started with 8.5 x 11 and now do 12x12. I like to do 6x8 and 8x8 for gift albums.
I have never done a 6 x 8 is that a hard size to scrap. I have done 8x8 and loved doing that.butterfly843 wrote:I started with 8.5 x 11 and now do 12x12. I like to do 6x8 and 8x8 for gift albums.

I use 12x12 for most of my layouts. I like 6x6 for Dec Daily and I have made some mini albums. I have a snap album that's 6x8, so I will see how I like that size when I get around to using it (for a Dec Daily).
I do 12 x 12. Like others have said, I take too many photos to do a smaller size. lol I do 8 x 8 for gift albums. I never really liked 8.5 x 11, because for some reason, I have trouble designing the rectangle. I find it too limiting, like all my photos need to be a certain size and format, kwim?

I now use WRMK 12x12 albums but the fit 8.5x11 and all kinds of other sizes so whatever I scrap fits! I started out with CM boo and My son's first album is a post bound boo again.

Where do you find your albums? I have trouble finding ones that size.GmaBerta wrote:I've never done anything larger than 8 1/2 X 11. I find the sheet protectors and binders way cheaper than the larger albums so I've never had a desire to change.
Oh and I usually like to use 8x8, though sometimes I use 12x12. 12x12's are fun but are also so unwieldy.
