OK - due to unexpected work "emergencies" and associated travel I ended up not doing nearly as much as I planned as NSD hostess.  That means I have sprinkles left.  SO here's a chance to get more.  Tell me some  of the scrappy hings you wish you could do more of or better.

For me it would be:
1. Post more (not really "scrappy" but certainly ACOT related)
2.  More mixed-media like work such as stenciling with modeling paste
3.  Embrace white space more.  I sometimes feel so obligated to use all the papers I have that I forget how beautiful a lot of white space can be.

So what do you wich you could do?

I wish I could scrap a bit everyday.  I am in my room everyday as it is also the space that holds my computer, but I would really love to be able to do something creative on a daily basis.
Have my real life photos to work with.  I take my boys' photos daily, but sometimes it turns into weeks in a row of 'say cheese' photos rather than real life unfolding.
Try layering more.  I really like the look of it but without 'directions' via a sketch, I just don't know how to get it to come together on my own.
Buying bigger embellishments to use.  I buy things I am interested in and I don't like big pieces but then I end up struggling with embellishing because I have nothing to anchor a cluster with.

I would like to machine stitch on my layouts- I am just too lazy to go downstairs where the machine is 

Get more into mixed media and try bigger pieces

Experiment more with paints and misting

I would love to use my stencils and stamps more. I have lots of both but rarely get them out to use.

I wish I was able to do the layered mixed media pieces better... I am not able to envision the end result so I usually end up covering up what I did unless I am using a sketch.  I've even watched how to vids and still don't know how when I have my stuff in front of me.
Get away from being all  matchy-matchy.
Journal more.
Figure a better way to store my papers.
Afford to shop the way I do!

1. I wish I was more consistent about leaving love in the gallery. I go in spurts it seems.

2. I too would like to do mixed media.

3. Learn more about embossing. I have the tools, just not adept at it.

I know what you mean about the "crop buddie".  My area is definitely not a scrap-happy area.  I've found a few card makers/stampers but not hardcore scrappers.  I sometimes think I should put a Wanted ad in the paper - ha ha!

1.  I would love to stitch on my layouts (with a sewing machine).  I love the look but I have only tried it once and didn't like the outcome.  I guess I should take some scraps and practice more.
2.  I would love to get my scrappy room completely organized for once.  I get it started and then I stop and scrap. 
3.  Misting - not my best.  But, Joannie showed me some ways to do it at a crop.  That, I need to practice more with.

Lisa, you did a wonderful job as hostess.  I liked your thread to strut our stuff for us to post our best layout.  It was different because we usually post someone elses that we like.

-I'd like to take more everyday photos. I feel like I'm documenting special occasions and holidays but not really my day-to-day life as much.
-i'd like to use more of what I already have rather than buying new supplies.
-I'd like to use more titles and in depth journaling.
-I'd like to use more the techniques I know, but forget about, like stitching and stamping and inking.
-I'd like to scrap some older photos As I am really only documenting since I started scrapbooking and not before.

I wish I had time to learn the advanced techniques for using my Copic markers. I only took the intro & beginner classes. There are so many ways I could be using my Copics but I haven't had the time to learn.

In wish I was better at using embellishments.  I have so many and I love them.
