With all those colors (and chevrons!) I thought black as a base would be good.
With this b/w heart paper as an accent.
With this for a touch of color. 
and some sparkle to match the washi tapes (I'd probably use blues for both)
I'd use the pretty blue alphas in this kit.
and the little white ones from this kit.
