We'll be making a little something extra to tuck in with Mom's gift for Mother's Day. Make sure you have pretty paper, a small amount of girly or Mom-ish embellishments and a post it note pad. I forgot to tell you that I'm using a 3x3 post it note.

sounds fun.  I usually send a Mother's Day Card to my older sister now that our mom is no longer with us.  I am sure this will work out for that.

I totally forgot about Mother's Day!  I always have to remember two dates - one for my MIL in Wales that happens in March (they call it Mothering Sunday) and then of course the one here in the states for my Mom.

Does the color of the post it note matter?  I only have bright yellow neon ones. Great for getting a teens attention when writing chores but definitely wouldn't want neon yellow on a Mother's day or any other project.

My mom is gone and I do not do mother's day for anyone else.  So is this going to be something that could work for something else?

Absolutely! You can keep it for yourself, give it to a friend, a child, a school teacher... just about anyone.
