So this year the crop is on a day that my dh is actually working!!!  Yeah, I should actually be able to join in for the first time.  Any pointers for me?

if you're hoping to get some real scrapping done, then making up some page kits can be very helpful. Pull together some CS and a couple pieces of matching PP, a few embellies, and some pics, and put them all together in a large baggie (I think 2 gallon ziplocs work). Otherwise, just having a big pile of pics that you really want to scrap and having some sketches handy - which I'm guessing there will be plenty to choose from on the day of - then you will be fine. There will likely be games too, since I remember last year there were tons of games, and usually I spent most of my time playing those and scrapping later lol. There will be THOUSANDS of points handed out over the week, so it will be great fun! Plenty of snacks will likely also help

the official crop and play all day is on Saturday, but I think last year there were challenges that weren't due until a few days later? so maybe you can still play along  

if I remember correctly from previous years, the CHALLENGES are not due until about a week later...  we have not been given that information yet though, but I for one am keeping my fingers crossed!!!
