Scrap-A-Day, March 18th
Good morning cherries! Both DH and the puppies let me sleep in this morning until 8am! I feel so much better. I slept really well. DH even made us breakfast. Image Its nice having him home.

Anyways, anybody scrapping today? Me - not sure. I do have a meeting at 2pm with my boss and DH and I have plans to go eat lunch, once I'm out of the meeting. Maybe if lunch is late enough, no cooking for dinner?Image I did get to scrap some last night. I pulled pics for the Pet Challenge on Sunday and yesterday I picked out paper. I even got the pics trimmed and fit on the page. Now all it needs is washi, some embellies and journaling. I have two titles in my head, I just need to narrow them down. Not sure if I want a short title or a long title.

And you?

Not sure I'll get too much more done today. We had a house inspection today (this is a rental house, and the city requires an inspection), and just a couple of minor things. We don't have a handrail on one part of our staircase...it's only 4 steps, but apparently local code says we have to have one. It's really the landlord's responsibility, but Bob enjoys doing projects like that so we went to Home Depot and bought the parts and he will put one in tonight while I'm at work. We take the costs off the rent, and the landlord loves that he doesn't have to deal with it. But....got this one done in the wee hours of this morning. There is something about Callum...bright colors just really seem to suit him! I can't imagine scrapping about him with browns and dull colors...he's a lime green and turquoise bright kid!

Re: Scrap-A-Day, March 18th
I have my Silhouette out of the box and on my table! I found a really great place for it too. I've been watching YouTube videos and took a break to put up dinner in my crock pot, so I won't have to stop and cook later. Image Did some laundry and went outside with the doggies for a little bit. It's still cold out, but better than yesterday, but we really didn't stay out at all. I gave them both some peanut butter when we came in. They were VERY happy about that. Now I am back to my Silhouette, with both doggies asleep on the floor, one under my feet and one right behind me. I haven't made my first cut yet but will be doing so soon!

I also do hope to scrap today. The month is flying by and I haven't done any challenges yet. I may try and stick in a digi page today.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I finished up one layout, and thought I might get to play around with another for the Christmas challenge.  So, I went to Pinterest to look for a sketch, and yep, got distracted there!  I found one and hope to get started before I have to break to cook supper!

No one was home when I got home from work except for Tucker, so we went straight to my scrappy room. I was pleasantly surprised that the BF Sketch Challenge was up. So that was the first one I did. This LO puts my at the half way point on Janet's 50 LO Challenge Image

OMG this is so adorable! ImageImageImage

BTW, how IS Tucker doing, being by himself? I know he isn't all by himself all time, but when no one is home, it used to be him and Mollie

Thank you Brandy - I think Tucker is doing very well as far as I can tell. He is soooo happy to see me when I come home from work (not that he ever wasn't happy to see me). Molli on the other hand is having a few issues that DD needs to work with. She had a couple of accidents when they left her home one evening and one of the accidents was on their bed. So the next day she was put in the kennel while they were at work. It broke my heart to hear that, but I guess she has to learn that it isn't ok to do that. Today and tomorrow DD is off of work, so she has been research on things to help train Molli and to also comfort her. She will learn as she is very smart so I give about a week and all will be fine.

Awe...poor Mollie. Glad to hear Tucker is doing well though. Mollie, like you said, just needs some extra training. Things are different now. It too breaks my heart that is in the kennel, but great to hear that your DD has the days off from work today/tomorrow. That should help her out.
