Here's my entry!
I chose the middle horizontal row: stamping, punches, something round. I stamped a couple small sentiments on two circles, and I stamped the title. I punched the circles and the chevrons. The something round are the two orange circles and my chocolate chip cookies, cut with Cricut's Sweet Shoppe.
For the challenge, I used.....right vertical row using color blue, something round (buttons), journal spot.

Yes, it is something you can make or use one that is already made. I checked your gallery and you used a journaling spot on your "Grandma's Here" LO. It's the piece in the middle where you wrote. You can do something as simple as punching out a circle and journaling on it or just a square or use one of those Pre-made journaling spots that all the pp collections include. Really, the possibilities are endless. Hope this helps.

I used all the items. Right side from top to bottom there is a flower the color blue and the name Robert stamped in the journal square. Diagonal bottom left to upper right there is a pearl in the middle of the flower, a round brad on the corner of the pic. and leaves by the flower at the corner of the pic. Across bottom left to right there is a 3-D embellie flower, punched design under the word Son and a journal spot next to the word Son. In all I used 2 flowers, 4 leaves, the color blue, a Robert stamp(on journal spot), a corner rounder punch and a design punch(under the word Son), something round(journal spot, center of flowers, brads)pearls(on flowers)3-D embellishments(jute bow, flowers) and a journal spot.
