If you have enough photos for a two page layout, I would do the left page in a lighter blue with a sun and the right page in a darkER blue with snowflakes. Have a title that spans both pages to tie them together.

I would use non-themed pp with blue in it -- blue would match both the sunny sky pictures and go with a snow theme.
