The technique I chose for this month is Stamping! It's something that doesn't come very easy to me and I have to remind myself to even use stamps. Use any type of stamp you would like and be sure and list it so I know what you used. You must also use your NEWEST PAPERS!
For my example I used a Bo Bunny Distressed Stamp and stamped in 3 different places on my layout.
These are also some of my newest papers.....Fancy Pant 'Be Loved'.
Happy Together
For the fine print....
This can be paper, digi, card, or a project. All work must be new. You may do this more than 1 time. You may combine this with one other Challenge that allows that. Please link your work here along with the "February Technique Challenge Folder" in the gallery. Deadline is February 28th. A random winner will be selected for a $5 ACOT gift card!
Hope you enjoy using some stamping!

YIKES - stamping!!! But I have some I've been wanting to use so I'll bite the bullet!!!
And I forgot to add....I LOVE your layout. I think I have that same stamp.
Love your example!! Great papers!
And, I have lots of stamps, but don't get them out often enough! Thanks for the push!

yikes.. I SUCK (no I mean ROYALLY suck ) but if I do "attempt" it...can I use glue versawatermark or glue pad with glitter....the ink is what does me in!!
SUS
Stamping isn't for me either. So this challenge will be perfect to dust off those stamps!

I LOVE making water marks with VersaMark....makes such a neat tone on tone effect, and so easy!suslvgeo wrote:yikes.. I SUCK (no I mean ROYALLY suck ) but if I do "attempt" it...can I use glue versawatermark or glue pad with glitter....the ink is what does me in!!
You may use whatever you like! I'm not a big stamper either so this also gets me to dig out some stamps. LOLsuslvgeo wrote:yikes.. I SUCK (no I mean ROYALLY suck ) but if I do "attempt" it...can I use glue versawatermark or glue pad with glitter....the ink is what does me in!!
I love stamping, it's how I got started in paper crafting! I usually make cards though, so maybe I'll challenge myself to do a layout. I'm waiting for some photos to arrive in the mail so I can get started.
You are also welcome to do a card if you want and you can do this challenge more than 1 time if you choose.Craftyshannon wrote:I love stamping, it's how I got started in paper crafting! Here is mine, the lil owl stamp I just got with my last ACOT order and I tried to emboss them and coloured the scarf in. Also in my last order was a huge pack of Bazzill cardstock so I used one, and before that my last order was Nov from another store which was a huge stack of mixed MME papers, including the Winter Wonderland I've used here.
Combined with the Christmas challenge.

The arrows, date and hand are stamped and the paper is some Teresa Collins that was new to me. Thanks to Carrie!

Morning! The stamping I used is the circle journaling spot where I put their names, "smile", "today", and any squiggly parts are stamps Thanks for the challenge! I enjoyed getting my stamps out last night.
I used 4 different stamps on this LO.- the border around my photo comes from , and I have no idea which company the journaling spot, the circle, and other stamp come from. My newest paper comes from Fancy Pants- Trick or Treat.
