Good morning cherries! Woke up feeling well rested and ready to tackle work! Weather is nice too. Right now. That nasty front should be here by afternoon and tomorrow will be one of those days where its safer to stay in bed! LOL. Anyways, anybody scrapping today? I hope I can. I got to work on the BF sketch last night. Found the perfect pics and paper. Just need to glue those down and work on my embellies. I think I'm gonna combine it with the Supply List Challenge too. And DH finally got around to setting up his computer on his side. And he stole my scrappy buddy! LOL! Jeffrey usually sits in a chair next to me while I scrap but not this time. He wanted to sit next to daddy. But at least the big girls stayed with me. I think the doggies are really going to enjoy having both me and DH in the scrappy room/office.

I also placed a very large order and it shipped today! Yippee!!  I got the That's My Boy collection, and some brads and washi tape and Echo Park's mini collections - Football and Basketball and some other odds/ends. I really want to work on my step sons album and I think my problem was that this time last year, I stocked up on a bunch of baby boy things. Well now I've made it to age 4, and the baby stuff just doesn't work anymore. So now I wanted to make sure I had plenty of sports things and just some fun boy stuff.

I just got home from walking, this exercise thing is rough, I am telling you, lol. I need to adhere my things on a layout for use your stash, and it will be done. Have a bit of housework to do, and having company for dinner, need to start my spaghetti sauce. No jar sauce today! I do hope to sneak in scrappy time. Brandy, enjoy your nice day. It is still very cold here, and looks to hang around for at least a week. Good day to stay in.

I've been doing laundry and going through some clutter that has been sitting on one side of my kitchen island.  Ugh.  We are stackers, lol.  And going through it, what do I do? Make more stacks! lol.  Well, some of it is being put away or trashed, lol.  I just finished up a layout for the Graphic Design challenge.  I almost had it finished last night, but DH and the kids were being loud--they were watching tornadoes on youtube (crazy), and I kept messing up on my journaling.  So, I had to add it to a piece of cs to cover up my errors.  It just wasn't looking right, so I finally wrote it on another piece and cut the ends like a banner, added some twine around the photo, and I think that does it.  Will have to see if I can find some sunlight to take a picture and get it uploaded!

So, between loads of laundry, I want to work on the BF sketch, and I have the BOM layout to do.  Just came back to the computer to find a quotation or some song lyrics to go with it.  I'm thinking about a song from the old Mary Poppins movie, "I love to laugh!" when they are visiting the uncle, and he is floating up by the ceiling.  That would have been a hoot to be there!  Anyway.  Hope to be able to share with you soon!

And, I have that boy line in my basket, and hoping to get my order placed soon!!

Good Morning! (just barely making it today...LOL)

I am trying to head off a bad cold/cough so I took some nyquil and called it an early night  yesterday.  I felt terrible this morning but a couple of doses of cold medicine and I am starting to feel much better.  Therefor, I hope to scrapbook tonight.  I just saw the coolest layout on pinterest that I am dying to scraplift...

I love that it will use lots of bits & pieces but I think I'll pass on the stitching.  I have one of those layers punches that includes a scalloped ring.

How dare your DH steal your scrappy buddy.  I hope you get to work on the BF layout.  And woo hoo for your order getting shipped! That will be exciting when it arrives.

Good save on the layout last night!! I had to do that on a recent layout - I totally messed up a word but I was able to get away with covering it with a tiny slip of paper. It overlapped the pattern a little but I was willing to live with it. But I can't wait to see yours!

I feel your pain Kim! We are stackers too. Especially since now DH had to quickly move all of his stuff to one side of the office and things are just everywhere. Usually clutter gets on my nerves. But I'm not stressing over it as there is a REASON for it. And I know we'll get thru it once things settle. I just need to be reminded to breathe!

I wanted to do the BOM challenge too last night. But I just couldn't find the RIGHT picture!!

Good Morning Cherries - it is one of those days were there is no work to be done and the day is dragging. I am freezing and I feel like I have been here 8 hours, but I haven't been. I wish I were home scrapping. I spent lots of time last night on the photo book, that I think I can take a break and scrap tonight. Then I took tomorrow off so I can scrap all day. Saturday is my Uncle's funeral and it is a 4 hour drive. My sister and I will be going and we will have to leave at 5:30am. So I chose to take tomorrow off for me and then go to bed early so we can venture out. It is going to be one of those drive up/drive back days on Saturday

I am expecting over 1000 dollars worth of scrappy stuff today! Yippee! Seriously stalking the ups man! I am hoping it comes while dh is home so I have time to look through it all.

It's bitterly cold here again today and the snow has been off-and-on all day long.  I went home at lunchtime and I really didn't want to have to come back to work today.  Just wanted to curl up in my jammies and crawl into bed.

Hoping to get my carpet shampooed tonight when I get home from work so it'll be dry by the weekend and I can get into my craft room and play with paper
