Here is mine. I used a Crafter's Workshop "star" template to mist stars here/there on the cardstock.

Here is my LO. Combined with Sept. TV Challenge. Upper right and lower left corners I used a "bubble" style mask and splattered white over top. Was aiming for it to mimic dimples in sand or something. (Perhaps that's a stretch! ;) )

Re: SEPTEMBER Technique Challenge
Here is my layout - digi (of course). We have a technique in digi called "Masking". It means taking a shape, in this case my frame border, and then overlaying a sheet of paper or color on it. It's one way in digi to easily do a layout with Templates. The templates will have all the shapes that are designed to be part of the layers in the layout, and just need to be covered in paper.

Instead of just using the technique for the background paper, I chose to use the cut-out tool to create a fancy border, then covered it will cardstock from the digital kit.

Technically speaking the two cameras could also qualify, but I think of them more as the "rub-ons" for digi work.

I also combined this with the Heritage Challenge:

My grandparents made a road trip with friends in the late 1920's. I don't have an exact date from the photos, but we are presuming somewhere between 1926 and 1928, as my father is still a babe in arms in these photos.

My grandmother wrote on the photos the location of each one.
