Here's mine using the speech bubble option and I combined with BF #44.
Here is my take on the sketch and I used the speech bubbles too-- the great thing is this is my first try at hybrid!! The bubbles and the arrows came from the new digi kit Frisky!!!

I used the sketch for my layout of dd, grandkids and myself getting our picture taken with Pirate Goofy on our trip to WDW in 2010.
Here is my take- I used the sketch and I used a page of yours Sher as inspiration
I combined this with the June Use your stash challenge.

Here is my LO. We have no pets but I interviewed DS#2 about his "Puppy". He sleeps with Puppy every night. That's the only time he is attached to it. I did a similar interview (longer) with oldest DS when he was 4.5 about "Bear". So glad this challenge sparked me to complete a similar LO for my son because one day he will outgrow Puppy. Hope this counts as an "animal". I went with the sketch.
And a happy layout at that!! You did a great job with the sketch!! Thanks for playing!!
NOW THIS is a realy scrapbook page - with scraps and all!! LOL!! I love it!! "Evil" - how EVIL of you to condemn him for doing what he needs to do! And he provided you with a topic for your pet challenge! And thanks from me for playing!!
DOUBLE BUBBLE MEANS DOUBLE TROUBLE!! Right??? LOL I love the colors you used, and the really funny photo!! Sue, this is dang cute!! And the way you did the sketch - it was made for your picture!! Thanks for playing!!suewho372 wrote:Here is my take on the sketch and I used the speech bubbles too-- the great thing is this is my first try at hybrid!! Sandi, don't you love how a clean layout looks simple but it wasn't? LOL I noticed all that matting you did!!! HOLY CRAP girl!!! But it does give it much more a cartoon feel!! Thanks for playing along with the challenge!!!Sandi0805 wrote:I used the sketch for my layout of dd, grandkids and myself getting our picture taken with Pirate Goofy on our trip to WDW in 2010.
AW!! And look at those eyes all fascinated with the "new life". You did a great job, and I'm happy to see that crepe ribbon used, I've been admiring it in the shop. Very nice for this layout! Thanks for playing!!!jrrah4903 wrote:Here is my take- I used the sketch and I used a page of yours Sher as inspiration

Here is mine. I usually don't do sketches but I used this one for inspiration, although I did stray from it a lot. I put in a thought bubble, which I really wanted to do because I really think that Twinkie must think her name is Twinkie No! LOL!
My favorite picture is her peeking out thru the leaves!! SO CUTE!! I love your layout, the colors, "new puppy" feel!! I love the bubble, I'm sure she does think that!!! Thanks for doing my challenge!
