I get to shop at ACOT for my Mother's day gift from DH.
I've decided to get some digi kits.
I've found I really love digi scrapping after making a couple of pages for the challenges.
I'm wondering what some of your favorites are. There are so many. I think I only have 3 kits purchased from ACOT so I have a lot to choose from.
Thanks!
I'm a huge Hot Flash fan too...she has so much in her kits! Here's one that just came out in the store yesterday....
Lovebirds is one of my favorites...love the colors.
And I'm using this one for the colors (the blue and green) because they are my DDs high school colors - with a couple of added graduation elements from another kit, it's perfect for grad layouts.
This one is fun too, and really versatile
And I've used this one, from Little Mrs Liz, for some of my wedding layouts.

I'm also a SUPER fan of HotFlashDesigns. I very seldom go to other kits I have on my EDH, and I have over 2000 I think. I don't think I can pick any favorites, but she has such a wide variety that you can't go wrong.

I hope I don't sound stupid, lol, but what is EDH? That's a great testimonial for HotFlashDesigns.letumom wrote:I'm also a SUPER fan of HotFlashDesigns. External Hard Drive. You will find as you begin "hoarding" digi supplies that it's best to store on an external hard drive rather than your computer. They will begin to take over the memory on your computer. And you'll also want to have a contingency plan to back them up on a regular basis. There have been threads here on the boards where we've all cried with another scrapper when her computer died, and she lost files (me included just a couple of months ago).

Me too! I have 2 EHD's....one for pictures and the other (and it's a 1TB drive lol) for my digi kits. I have collected over 35 GB of digital kits just since my computer died 2 months ago. Of course, a lot of these were re-downloaded that I had had previously, but a lot are new! I think I'm worse about hoarding digi kits than I was in paper. It's easier to hide digi kits! lolletumom wrote:JillinIN wrote:I hope I don't sound stupid, lol, but what is EDH? I have an EDH and I didn't even know it. lol. Ihave my photos backed up on it and some other files. I can tell already I'm going to need a second one.
That would be heartbreaking to loose all of your files. I'm so sorry.

LOL! Welcome to the club! You now get cookies for joining the dark side!!!!
Oh, and to keep my wish list of paper and digi separated, I moved all the digi stuff into a saved list. That way, when the monthly envie gal looks, she only sees paper wishes.

Thankfully, I was lucky, and only lost a couple of things, as I was not busy during the two weeks leading up to the crash, and most everything was on my EDH. But Nancy can tell you, she had to do a LOT of downloading, and recreating.
