A few weeks back I was having a rough time, feeling pretty down in the mouth. Then I stumbled across a great color scheme via a home decor blog. It fit my mood and it was pretty all at the same time. In fact, it contained my favorite shade of blue--a color we used to call "cornflower". So, whether you've got some photos of someone who's not in a good mood, or you want to do some journaling about what's got you down, or you just love blues, this is a great kit!

Aren't those some beautiful shades of blue and green? The kit is on introductory special at 30% off in the HotFlashDesigns store at A Cherry on Top.
Of course, as usual, you can buy the separates at 30% off as well.

I really like this kit!! Here's a layout I did with it.
Journaling says:
It’s such a nebulous thing, play. I mean, how do you define it, really? Something you enjoy doing, something that expends energy, something that encourages creativity or imagination, maybe. I wonder what makes it different for Henry - because it IS different. He doesn’t differentiate between animate and inanimate objects in his play - they’re all his friends. He doesn’t experience play with one sense, but with all five (and maybe even a couple we’re not aware of). He’s just as happy playing alone or including others, though he does seem to require any “others” to participate exactly the way he wants. When I see how important play is to helping Henry discover, experience and learn about the world & his place in it, I truly understand how crucial play is for all children & it gives me a little more patience for how Henry does it.
