• 1In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix cooked beef and 1/2 cup of the salsa. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  
• 2Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  
• 3Bake at 375°F 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa.

This is my supper tonight, hands down!! I saw a recipe at our local grocer's site for "Steak 'Um's" (Frozen chipped steak) substituted for ground beef in tacos. I thought YES! And now with THIS recipe - I'm doing it! (And I haven't eaten breakfast yet - and planning for supper) - SAD.

SPEAKING OF WHICH - want to know what a nit wit I am? This same local grocer has those customer cards to scan when you leave, and sometimes I remember, sometimes I don't - but what the heck - local grocer? I thought it was for a deal off their pots and pans, well actually I didn't know WHY they scanned them. No one ever said.

So I go online - for the recipes, and I see the "Rewards" card at the top. So I click on it. I've had this card for about two years now - remember, and never used it faithfully? So I look and it says "Do you wish to cash in your rewards points now?" REALLY? Cash them IN? OK, I say. Guess what? They sent me TWO gift cards - one for $25 and one for $50!! What an idiot I am. Glad I checked the taco recipe.
