Most likely Sus! ACOT is sending little thank you packets with their orders. They usually contain a red ACOT pen, a few lifesavers, and a little gift such as a package of stickers. And a signed thank you note too. It is such a nice touch getting that little package with your order, and everyone is wild about the pens!

We don't have a lobby, however, we have a laundry room - might not wanna sleep in there - we keep the door closed cause of the "smell" - we can't find where it comes from
