Wondered if Basic Grey is coming out with one again this year, and if so when it might be in? I have had someone request one this year and I would love to get a jump start on it! Thanks!

Basic Grey does not have it on their site yet, but a Canadian company IS taking pre-orders for it. Google "Basic Grey Calendar 2013"

I'll say you need to get a jump start. LOL Not to brag, but I just finished the calendar for DD. It was a Calendar I bought at Hobby Lobby (Paper Studio I think) and a Karen Foster Calendar kit for the months. That was the easy part. Getting pictures all together from both sides of DD's family was a Pain in the Patootie.

I have made one the past couple of years as a gift for a friend who doesn't scrap. I don't put the pictures in...I just put it together and add extra embellishments and she adds pictures as the year goes by. Then she actually has a scrapbook at the end of the year....she loves it!

Oh that is a great way to get someone to scrap. My DD would just have blank pages sad to say. She loves what I do and appreciates most of what I have made for her and the family, but she will never scrap. LOL

I hope they come out VERY soon! II have ade dil one for her birthday for the past two years (her birhthday is Dec. 28th) and I need to get busy! Usually the BG website will show things ahead of time and say 'coming soon" - I may check Embellish It's site, they had it before BG the firstt year. Then last year I got them at ACOT b/c they sold out practically as soon as they finally arrived at BG;s site!

you would think these would be out earlier in the year as it takes time to make. This time of the year starts getting so busy with kids going back to school and starting new activities, then the fall events begin and the holidays are around the corner too. Those things are time killers and then we have to start a project like a calendar in the midst of all this. LOL

I agree! I looked on Basic Grey's website...they have 2012 calendars on clearance, but nothing for 2013 yet! I will definitely keep my eyes open for them...I love those kits.
